What are the best shoes to wear with plantar faciitis?
Plantar faciitis I'm 16 and have been developed on the feet of several injuries. Im using a night splint, Rolling my feet with cold tennis ball, using special templates. The only problem is that my templates can only be a couple of shoes I have. Could we wear shoes that are fashionable (non-orthopedic shoes older people) to help my situation and not make it worse?
I have orthotics and especially bring sneakers .. See if you have extra space in them … be larger than your foot. If you can cut to fit your foot better and give you more options with shoes. Try Dansko, have a picture of feet tall and look good on. Go to a shoe store where they have vendors with broad knowledge and to help find my shoes. Good luck and feel better.
